All on hand (ready to ship) units are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends .

All “Custom Unit Orders” are processed and shipped within 25-30 business days. We do not offer express service.

 If a unit is on hand, it is readily available and is indicated in the display, you can also reach out to us to check on what’s available on hand. 

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered to ensure on-time delivery.

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS , HAIRPREP AND LOCXURIOUSNG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGE. We are not required to issue a refund or replacement of package based on any of those issues.
